Then write a short paper including the following elements:
Part I: In about a paragraph, explain how your view of management vs. leadership has changed from the beginning of this course.
Part II: Write a Philosophy of Leadership Statement in about a page. Be sure to address the following critical elements:
· Identify your leadership style, as derived from the self-assessment you completed.
· Reflect on what you have learned about yourself that makes you a great team leader or a leader who can manage teams.
· Describe your approach to motivating employees and how you will know what motivates them.
· Describe how you will communicate difficult messages to employees.
