As you've learned from your study materials this week, five conflict resolution modes are identified within the Relationship Management learning area. Please respond to the following:

1. Select two of the conflict resolution modes and provide a description of each.
2. Provide a conflict resolution example from your own professional experience.
   1. Include how your examples addressed both mode applications and discuss the effectiveness of resolution/result(s) for your example.
3. Reflect on your Competencies pre-test results, identify your individual strengths and weaknesses. Did any areas of your results surprise you?
