Develop a work breakdown structure (WBS) for a project to build new student housing for 300 students on campus at LTU in Southfield, Mi. The WBS should have at a minimum 5 levels (the project can be the top level) and should cover all areas associated with designing, engineering, constructing, inspecting, and opening the new student housing. The new student housing will have a large fountain, common area, lighting, landscaping, storage units, a gym, and high tech security. Complete the assignment using Visio, Microsoft Power Point, or some other electronic drawing tool.
