Using the textbook, library, and other academic sources, please answer the following questions and complete the requirements to write your paper of 750 words.

The O.J. Simpson case is now 20 years old but continues to stir debate and draw attention. For your written assignment, you are to focus only on police procedure related to the search of O.J. Simpson’s residence and vehicle that directly followed the homicide of Nicole Brown Simpson. You are only to look at the legality of the search and to forget about the other aspects of the case.

To prepare for this assignment, review Chapter 2 of your textbook, and listen to the M.U.S.E. unit entitled Searches and the Bill of Rights. Your source for the particulars of the case is located in the following online Web article:

You must support your conclusions and provide examples and justifications when answering the questions through your references. You should list evidence that supports your conclusions and counter-arguments against your conclusions. It is imperative that you critically analyze the material. This is not an opinion paper.
