1. Conduct research to locate an accounting scandal involving fraudulent financial reporting that occurred in the past 20 years.
2. Compose a 2-3 page paper in Word (12 point Arial or Times New Roman font) that adheres to APA standards, covering the following issues:
   1. What company or companies were involved?
   2. Give a brief history of the event in your own words- no more than 1/2 page.
   3. Identify the main issues related to the fraudulent financial reporting.
   4. How could each of the issues identified in item 3 have been properly/ethically been reported?
   5. What would the difference (s) have been if the issues were properly/ethically reported?
   6. How, if at all, was the reputation of the company affected by this event?
