Question Description

In a short paper, (750 words) answer the following:

In the assigned readings, you examined the issue of crime reporting and statistics. What demographic characteristic do you think has the greatest influence on crime victimization, and the subsequent reporting of those crimes?  Is it age, race, ethnicity, religion, etc.? Why do you think that is? Are there statistics to confirm this? Is there a link between the two, or do victimization and the reporting of crimes differ depending on the demographic?  Explain why or why not.  Give an example and provide citations and references to support your position.
