Using the selected government budget (New York Local Government), evaluate the past three years’ allocation of public goods. Develop an analysis including the following:

1) Evaluate goals and priorities of the local government goods and services.

2) Assess internal and external challenges for providing goods and services.

3) Evaluate budget stabilization measures.

4) Provide recommendations.
