1.  Since diets to lose weight don’t seem to work in the long run, do you think there is too much emphasis on dieting in the United States and not enough emphasis on physical activity? Be sure to cite examples of media influence in our culture that contributes to poor self image, as well as examples of diets that promise unrealistic, and perhaps dangerous results.
