· How does the PMO having an overview of running projects help keep projects in scope and allocate resources to ensure on-time delivery of the programs and projects in the portfolio?

· Sometimes a project’s completion will be late, over budget, or missing planned deliverables. Or, another project might be dependent upon that the first project’s timely completion.
