Change is not always easy and there are so many ways we find support and motivation during times of change, family, friends, or human interest stories on the news or online.  You have a choice of discussion topic this week.  You aren't required to comment on each other's threads but take advantage of other's posts and engage if you are motivated to do so.  You may find some great ideas or support.

Option 1:

Motivational memes abound on social media.  Identify at least three memes that you believe are particularly effective in motivating change, analyze why those particular memes are so effective, and discuss your findings.

Option 2:

Find a human interest story from the popular media on someone who has made and maintained significant changes in his or her life and to write a two-paragraph summary, identifying both the changes and how they were made
