• Consider the case of using cell phones while driving a car, whether for talking or texting.  Given the data, nearly all states have some level of restrictions on the use of cell phones while driving that is enforceable.   Why do you believe many of these same states are not implementing enforceable mask requirements in light of COVID-19 given the data regarding infection rates, death rates, and need to reduce the spread of the disease?   Consider who the experts are regarding public health, communicable diseases, epidemiology, etc.  What does their data suggest?
