Choose one of the following two assignments to complete this week. Do not do both assignments. Identify your assignment choice in the title of your submission.

Option #1: 

Using the feedback from your Week 2 4 - Portfolio Project Milestone, you must ensure you have a fully approved project for your Final Capstone Project. Then, building on your work in Modules 2 4 Portfolio Project Milestones and with a specific focus on your service project at the company you selected, develop the following newly required draft subsections of your project:

COMMUNICATIONS PLAN - WHICH SHOULD INCLUDE THE ELEMENTS OF THE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT PLAN AS FOUND IN SECTION 10.1.3.1 IN CHAPTER 10 IN A GUIDE TO THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT BODY OF KNOWLEDGE.

Stakeholder Analysis - which should include at least the elements of the stakeholder analysis as found in section 13.1.2.3 in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge.

Your well-written paper must meet the following requirements:

• 2-4 pages in length, not including cover, references page, and appendices (only the current 2-4 pages are required now. You do not need to provide the Module 2 nor 4 draft revisions. Only include the newly required Module 6 draft subsections.).

Supporting documents must appear in appendices.

• For this milestone, include 2 new sources which must be current, scholarly sources from peer reviewed journal articles published within the most recent 3 years and accessed from the library databases or other academic sources. Textbooks will not count toward peer reviewed requirements but may be used as quality sources if published within the most recent 3 years. The use of the PMBOK ® Guide as a quality source is strongly suggested. The PMBOK ® Guide is not a scholarly resource. You must have at least 1 current, scholarly source.

Option #2:

• Communications Plan - which should include the elements of the communications management plan as found in section 10.1.3.1 in Chapter 10 in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge.
• Stakeholder Analysis - which should include at least the elements of the stakeholder analysis as found in section 13.1.2.3 in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge.
