The Scenario
You have scheduled a meeting with an employee who continually
submits incomplete reports after the weekly deadline. This is an

brief, informal conversations over the last month about the late

Using Bolton's six-step collaboration model, prepare some brief
notes for a collaborative meeting with your employee. Include
examples of the types of things you will say during the meeting
and identify the skills you will need to use throughout the meeting
to achieve your goal.
