You will select a large well-known company (TESLA), copy and paste the questions below into your document, and then provide answers in paragraph format. Once you have answered the questions below, please submit your PDF (PDF is the preferred version for submission) to the submission link below. 

For this assignment, please follow general APA guidelines like double spacing, in-text citations, and your references. However, you do not need a title page or abstract.

• Introduce your company and give a summary of the company and what it produces to gain revenue (Products, services, etc). Why do they exist?
• Analyze their revenue over the past five years. Has it been steadily increasing? Has there been an unexpected downturn? If so, why?
• Analyze their competitive environment by discussing at least three of the forces in Porter's Five Forces (Competitors, New Entrants, Bargaining power of Suppliers, Bargaining power of Customers, and substitute Products available).
• Create a SWOT analysis that explains the internal strengths and weaknesses and external      opportunities and threats for this company.
• Analyze their vision, mission, and one other determining factor (Goals, objective statements, values, cultural statements) and infer what kind of culture the company has from this information.
• Discuss at least 2 CSR activities they participate in and if these coincide with their mission as an organization.
• Lastly, provide your opinion after you have completed this research on where you see this company going in the next five years. Majorly successful? Too many competitors or threats? Steady growth? This bullet point is an opinion. However, you do need to back up your opinion with facts from your research      above
