The Bill of Rights has a significant impact on the way we do business and function as citizens. In doing so, you should become more familiar with the protections offered by some of the amendments that either have a significant effect on business or are frequently discussed in the media.

CONCEPT REVIEW:
The Bill of Rights prohibits the government from interfering with certain freedoms. These freedoms are held by all citizens, and because we treat corporations as artificial persons, we also provide most of these protections to corporations. Before beginning this exercise, go to your text and review pages 104-117.
