Introduction

International comparisons indicate that other countries are doing more with less when it comes to health care. As the costs of health care delivery in the United States continue to soar, it has become necessary to "benchmark" with other countries abroad on how they deliver health care to their citizens.

Select two OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) countries, and compare and contrast how those countries finance, structure, and deliver health care with the United States.
