Your submission should be a minimum of 2000 words (maximum 2500 words) in length and should completely answer the proposed questions/items as listed under “Overview". You should have a minimum of three (3) references. APA formatting is required and all responses should be combined into a single document for submission. Use the rubric as a guide for the evaluation method of the project.

The practice experience project hours should be documented in Project Concert. Practice hours relate to time spent on activities for your Community Assessment. (Discussion Board work does not apply). You should have 8-12 hours logged for Module 8. Minimum required hours for Module 8 must be entered into Project Concert. Some states/entities require hour logs for certification or employment. It is the student's professional responsibility to ensure all hours are entered correctly in order to meet these requirements. Review the document in the Learning Materials on directions on how to enter hours found in Module 7. Access Project Concert.
