Art of Listening - Define and describe two of the ten principles

The paper needs to answer the original discussion question, follow all content/reference/citation instructions in the original discussion, and include a brief summary of the other students' discussion posts and/or key themes brought up in the discussion. The discussion paper should be emailed to the faculty directly for grading, not posted in the online classroom.

When practicing the Art of Listening, of the 10 principles to employ, do the following:

1. Define and describe two of the ten principles that you need to improve upon.

2. How will you use two these principles at work?

3. From your observations, how has lack (either your lack of those of others) of these listening skills contributed to communication problems at work?
