The retails space will be filled with local artisans with handmade and imported products; creating a global experience for its customers.Competition:The Corner Mall located at Downtown CrossingThe Lafayette Hotel and Mall located at Downtown CrossingAll retail food and clothing establishments with a mile of the location Target Market:Tourist – Approximately 19 million tourist from around the world visit Boston yearly.Locals – Boston has a population of approximately 60,000 people who live in Down Town and frequent Downtown Boston regularly.The management owns the property outright and only has taxes, and maintenance cost as its expenses.The average lease is $1,000.00 per month, per vendor. Its monthly taxes and expenses total $3,000.00 per month so the companies’ breakeven point would be at three leases.
