Assignment 1An annotated bibliography is a list of citations to books, articles, and documents. Each citation is followed by a brief (usually about 150 words) descriptive and evaluative paragraph, the annotation. The purpose of the annotation is to inform the reader of the relevance, accuracy, and quality of the sources cited. This exercise is to create the annotated bibliography for the sources you'll use for your final paper (so you need 5 sources at least).Creating an annotated bibliography calls for the application of a variety of intellectual skills: concise exposition, succinct analysis, and informed library research.First, locate and record citations to books, periodicals, and documents that may contain useful information and ideas on your topic. Briefly examine and review the actual items. Then choose those works that provide a variety of perspectives on your topic.Cite the book, article, or document using the appropriate style.Write a concise annotation that summarizes the central theme and scope of the book or article. Include one or more sentences that (a) evaluate the authority or background of the author, (b) comment on the intended audience, (c) compare or contrast this work with another you have cited, or (d) explain how this work illuminates your bibliography topicYour assignment’s length should not include the title and reference pages. Your paper must follow APA style guidelines, using Times New Roman or Ariel, 12-point font, double-spaced, with one inch margins. Make sure to include a running header with name and page numbers.Assignment 3The topic for the Final Project can be any Information technology-related concept. Instructor’s approval was required before proceeding with the research (See Module 1). The research paper should 10-12 pages not including cover page and reference page(s). The research paper should be typewritten in double-spaced format using Arial 12-point font or Times New Roman styles.Before you begin this activity, please locate at least 5 resources and ensure that you have successfully completed the Presentation Project Outline (The Annotated Bibliography was due in Module 4, the Outline in Module 6). Make sure that you've incorporated the instructor’s feedback from those assignments before you complete the paper.Cite the sources according to APA standards.Compose your work using a word processor (or other software as appropriate) and save it frequently to your computer. When you're ready to submit your work, click Browse My Computer and find your file. Once you've located your file click Open and, if successful, the file name will appear under the Attached files heading. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click Submit and you're done. Be sure to check your work and correct any spelling or grammatical errors before you post it.
