Research PaperWrite a research paper on an area in Human Resource Management that interests you and about which you will conduct additional research via scholarly articles to address what is happening in thehealth careindustry of your chosen topic. The research paper should address a current HR issue or some component of HR Management in the U.S. Current challenges and possibilities for the future should be addressed. Review the Research Paper Evaluation Criteria for an outline of what should be covered in your research paper.The body of the research paper should be between 7-8 pages in length, not including the cover/title page, abstract page, or references pages. The final paper should include the following sections:

• Abstract
• Review of Literature (body of the paper)
• Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
• Eight to ten (8-10) external sources aside from the textbook are required. These references may be from theinternetor peer reviewed articles as found on EBSCOHOST or other search engines. The paper must be typed, double- spaced, and in APA format throughout.

• Describes the human resources issue and its significance to thehealth careindustry
• Provides a description and a thorough analysis of the current issue or problem

• Offers recommendations for future action or consideration
• Identifies aspects of the topic warranting further research or attention
