Bob: Eagerness to assist, efficiency, and willingness to take on tasks make him valuable to the team, especially in completing projects and providing support to colleagues.

Natalie: Despite some weaknesses in trusting colleagues and time management, her strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and motivation make her an asset to the team, especially in negotiating and smoothing over tense situations.

Katelyn's drive for perfection and high standards may lead to friction within the team, as she may struggle to accept feedback and collaborate effectively with colleagues who do not meet her expectations.
