Please read the case carefully before starting to work on the assignments.

Part I:

· Write a summary of the case (approximately 100-150 words).

· Identify (lists) the ethical issues that have arisen in this case. (about 100 words)

· Explain in detail each ethical issue (e.g. what’s occurred, who’s affected, etc). (about 1-2 pages)

Part II:

· Identify (list) all of the stakeholders in the case, and thoroughly discuss each of their viewpoints (e.g. needs, desires, concerns, costs, benefits, power, etc.).

· Explain in detail which of the stakeholders should be involved in solving the ethical issues that have arisen in the case, and why, given their viewpoints

· Identify (list) all ethical theories and principles, that if employed, could have help prevent the ethical issue(s) observed in the case, or if employed now, could help prevent the ethical issue(s) observed in the case from occurring in the future.

· Explain in detail how each of ethical theories and principles you identified in 2.a., could have help prevent the ethical issue(s) observed in the case, or if employed now, could help prevent the ethical issue(s) observed in the case from occurring in the future.

Part III:

· Using the ethical approaches you have identified, recommend a plan of action for the company that will help the company remain competitive and avoid such problems in the future.

· Explain the expected positive and negative consequences of the plan of action you recommend.
