1. You mention in your post that you will be available to the project manager for a period of 4 weeks post leaving the facility.
What expectation do you have that they will be contacting or utilizing you during this period of time? What types of strategies or resources will you be leaving in place to support their needs and any issues or concerns that arise? How much involvement has the project manager had from the start of this change to the transition? Do you feel that the stakeholders have buy in with this project manager?
