DISCUSSION POST WEEK 8

The purpose of this discussion offers you the opportunity to express your own thoughts and gain insight from your classmates’ responses to improve your communication skills in developing appropriate criminal justice policy issue recommendations.

In your initial post, address the following:

• Provide a summary of your project
• Identify both strengths and weaknesses of investigating your critical criminological issue. Include the topics or areas you still have questions about so your classmates can provide suggestions.
• Discuss pros and cons of researching your project. Was it easy to find the resources? Are the resources up-to-date? What trends can be established across the research? Do they all support one approach or include many contradicting findings?
