Continue the research you have done in Part 1 and 2 Answer the following questions

In a minimum of 3 pages, write a paper addressing the following:

· Where do feel this company is headed?  What are the biggest challenges that you see them facing in upcoming years and what are ways to handle these risks?

· Who are their biggest competitors of the parent company and also competitors of the subsidiaries?  What strategies are they using to remain competitive and where do they rank in their industry?

· What areas in Form 10-K did you find interesting and why?  What areas raised concerns in their form 10-K and how do you feel they should address those concerns.

· What are the corporate tax issues that this company needs to plan for and how does having subsidiaries change this?  How are taxes addressed in the Form 10-K and what does it tell you about this?

· If you were an investor with $100,000, would you invest in this company?  Why or why not?

· Finish your paper with an overall conclusion on what you learned from this assignment.
