• Review the Work Environment Assessment Template on page 20 of Clark, 2015 you completed for this Module’s Discussion.
• Describe the results of the Work Environment Assessment you completed on your workplace.- hospital facility on the PCU unit was moderately uncivil with a score of 60 out of 100.
• Identify two things that surprised you about the results and one idea you believed prior to conducting the Assessment that was confirmed. ** Things surprised by the results-1. Poor communication. 2. Lack of resources  ** Idea believed prior to assessment- 1. poor workload management, poor nurse to patient ratio
• Explain what the results of the Assessment suggest about the health and civility of your workplace.
