Overview I

n this learning activity, you will explore the use of R programming in health care. R is an open-source free software used for statistical computing and graphics. You will write an essay to examine how R is used for data analytics and decision-making in health care. Instructions Write a 1-2 page essay in which you:

1. Examine the benefits of using R programming in health care. Support with examples.

2. Critique two data visualization options in R programming language supported with an example of a health care application for each of the selected visualization options.

3. Use at least two sources to support your writing. Choose sources that are credible, relevant, and appropriate. Cite each source listed on your source page at least one time within your assignment. For help with research, writing, and citation, access the library or review library guides. This course requires the use of Strayer Writing Standards (SWS). The library is your home for SWS assistance, including citations and formatting.
