Option #1: Eminent Domain Analysis

This two- to three-page paper should be focused on the concept of eminent domain. For this paper, go to the Legal Dictionary (Links to an external site.) website and choose one of the three cases. In your paper address the following items:

• Brief history of the case,
• Legal justification for using eminent domain,
• Pros and cons, and
• Your thoughts on a better outcome.

Your paper should pull together information from your course readings and relate lessons from the course to your professional practice. Your paper will be graded based upon your ability to relate any of the readings to your professional practice or to any of your "real world" experiences outside of work. Use your life experiences and occupational backgrounds to frame your approach to any idea, theme, or theory noted by any of the authors. Be sure to use headings for each bullet point listed above. The paper should be 2 to 3 pages (not including title or reference pages), double spaced, in CSU-Global APA format (Links to an external site.), and include a minimum of three (3) scholarly sources.
