1.) What are the advantages and disadvantages of using social media for advertising, brand building, market research, and customer service?

2). Employee equity in pay is something that all employees are perpetually using to determine their worth to the organization as well as other organizations. What might organizations do to ensure that individuals feel they are receiving equitable compensation from an internal and external perspective? Is it illegal to discuss salaries with co-workers?
