The Willowbrook Study (Darr, 2011, pp. 114-116) is not the only research study that raised concerns about the ethical treatment of study participants. In fact, there were others many others including the Tuskegee Syphilis Study.  

Summarize the Tuskegee Syphilis Study (in one paragraph). Why was this experiment unethical? Discuss the ethical issues that were raised as a result of the study.
