 You are the director of the sports commission in a major city in the United States. The year after next, the NCAA Women’s Final Four will be held in your city. Using the information about management decision making model and leadership presented in chapter 4, outline the steps that you would take to prepare for this event (be sure and address the importance of equity, diversity, and inclusion).  Indicate which steps require management skills and which require leadership skills.  Be thorough and specific with your presentation.
