1.) Describe how decisions by the Supreme Court have had an effect on the rights and best interests of victims.   at least a 500 

2.)From the viewpoint of a police chief, argue that victims have unrealistically high expectations and make unreasonable demands in terms of the department's priorities, resources, and personnel.  At least 500 word 

3.) Devise a restitution program that would place burglars and robbers in jobs that pay a living wage so that they could repay their victims in installments in a reasonable amount of time.  Then anticipate the objections that might be raised against this program. At lesst 500 words.
