Introduction. In this week, you will work on Part 4 of your course project, and share your project with your classmates!

Video playlist: By now you should have two videos for each of the three topics (“touching the heart”, illustrating “to err is human”, & illustrating Human factors concepts or insights), along with a short written description for each video. You will select one video for each topic to form your video playlist.

Reflection essay: Prepare your essay in three parts: an introduction, a body paragraph, and a concluding paragraph.  Start the introduction with “This playlist is to …” to describe your key message(s) for the playlist, then in the body paragraph relate each video to championing patient safety using human factors principles and concepts, and in the concluding paragraph present your reflection of the playlist.

The length of the essay should be 250-500 words. You should cite each of the videos in your video playlist in the essay and any other references using the APA citation format.

Expectation. Please submit AND post your project by 23:59 (CT) Saturday.

Select one video for each topic to form your video playlist of 3 videos.

Write a personal reflection essay (250-500 words).

Put your project in one document in the following order:

Essay

References (including citations for the videos in the playlist)

Playlist: video links with descriptions

Submit your video project for assignment grading using the submission button at the top.

Post your video project, as well. You must post so that your classmates can view for their Module 5 assignment
