Introduction. In this module, you will work on Part 2 of your course project.

Expectation. Part 2 is on Topic 2 "To err is human"

Identify 2 videos as possible candidates for the Topic 2 of your playlist: Illustrating "to err is human." The main message of your video should help audience to understand the nature of human errors. Here are just two example topics and you are not limited to these examples: (1) how bad designs influence human errors and their consequences, and (2) how communication gaps happen. In contrast with Part 1, these videos should contain principles or insights about human errors and should be more than moving patient stories. The videos you selected do not have to be from healthcare, as long as they are meaningful to those working in healthcare.
