Only use scholarly or mainstream media sources. No encyclopedias or "pro-con" sites or personal blogs, for example. If you are wondering if a source is acceptable, ask me. And do not forget that you must cite any sources you use. Another excellent source (my most commonly used one for the Supreme Court) is SCOTUSBlog.com. You can use anything you find on SCOTUSBlog as a source on your essay. It wasn't around for the 1962 and 1989 cases above. Sorry.
