Use the ethical and leadership theories from your readings and observations from class activities and discussions to craft an essay. The final paper will be composed individually by each student and sent individually and privately to the instructor; it will not be the subject of the PowerPoint that is shared and discussed. - Apply your theoretical position to an actual or hypothetical case study—a moral dilemma from work life in a public agency or setting.
- Set forth the background: who, what, why, where, when.
- Identify who is/will be influenced by the example and who, if applied to a public administration setting, would benefit and how they would benefit from the lessons derived from your analysis.
