Choose a company that has been in the news for ethical violation(s) within the past 5 years.

Review what consequences came about due to the ethical violation(s).

Explain the ethical violation(s} and what made it unethical.

Discuss why their ethical violation(s) did or did not violate the law.

Explain how a set of ethical standards within the company could have prevented the ethical violation(s).

Cite at least two references, at least one of which must come from the University Library.

Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines. A Title page, a References page, and Double Spacing is required.
