Transpersonal development map

Create a 2-page transpersonal development map. Use one or more of the theories of spirituality from the Health of the Human Spirit text along with the 10 metaphors of spiritual growth on pages 23-24 of the Essential Spiritualty text to create a plan for someone to follow in their spiritual development. Be sure to describe any resistances or obstacles that could surface which may impede progress within the development map. Be sure to include at least one outside source along with a references section per APA guidelines at the end of your paper to support your sentiments.
