Product World has recently designed a training program for their employees on crime prevention. Employees will attend a two-hour workshop designed to train them to watch for shoplifters. They will also be taught procedures that should be used when identifying a potential shoplifter. You are called in to help the company evaluate the crime prevention training program with the four criteria. You are now sitting down to brainstorm how you can best go about doing this.
