In this assessment, you will plan a portion of your on-boarding strategy by developing a New Employee Orientation Plan for the position described in Lesson 1. 2. Identify and Describe Three Skills

Identify a minimum of three key skills that you will need to teach to your new employee during the New Employee Orientation process. Be sure to describe the rationale for identifying these key skills and how developing these skills will increase the effectiveness of your small business.

3. New Employee Orientation and Organizational Results

Write an essay that has an introduction, body and conclusion describing how a strong on-boarding strategy and an effective New Employee Orientation program will help you reach your goals and, ultimately, achieve optimum organizational results.
