Signature Assignment

The Signature Assignment requires that you write an 8-10 page critique of a research article that you have chosen in Module 7. A critique is a detailed analysis - not a recap or summary the article you have chosen. This critique is to incorporate the topics we have covered throughout the entire course. You must cite at least 3-4 resources from the Touro library to support your arguments in the research critique.

Topics to consider include:

a) Briefly describe the purpose of the research study

b) Identify and explain the strengths and limitations of the sample of participants used in this research study (Module 3)

c) Identify all the possible internal and external threats to validity from the research study you have identified (Module 4)

d) Identify the ethical considerations for the people who were recruited to participate in this research study (Module 5)

e) Compare and contrast the statistical research findings from the research study you have identified in Module 7 with at least 1 other research article you selected during this course, e.g., article from module 1 or 2 compared vs. module 7 (Module 7).
