This week you will take what you have learned from the SOX assignment last week and
do a paper showing how the failures of Enron and WorldCom could have been prevented
if SOX were in place. Enron and WorldCom were two of the largest corporate failures
in history. The SOX law was passed because of these two company failures. The
WorldCom case is discussed in your textbook on page 78 and the Enron case is
discussed in your textbook on page 435. Please follow your APA guidelines.
