There will be an announcement coming out about this. For those students in the virtual direct care practicum, you can write the executive summary based on the head to toe assessment that you did or on a patient population on one of the webinars. You would just write about potential items in an assessment, problems, goals, etc. You do not have to give an example of patient teaching since you did not do that.
