Address the following points for this four-page assessment.

  1. Define enterprise architecture (EA), an EA framework, and a strategic plan.
  2. Review the available EA frameworks and identify the two that you think would best fit an organization of your choice.
    • Describe each of the two EA frameworks and explain why the fit appears good for your chosen organization.
    • Identify your preferred framework of the two and devise a brief plan for initiation of that framework into an EA or annual strategic management plan for your selected organization.
    • Identify the required roles for the effort, and who will perform those roles.
  3. Describe the type of governance you would need to put in place for the initiation, maintenance, and use of the plan.
  4. Explain how you would go about briefing the plan to the CEO for approval.
