Explain why there is no such thing as a best practice, but rather there are only good practices for a given situation for an Agile project. Include example(s) to support your response.

Reworking within an Agile delivery framework can be time consuming and very costly. Explain the methods you would use to prevent this from happening.

 

 

 

3. Envision" Please respond to the following:

From the e-Activity, construct a product vision statement for the product you researched. 

Explain why it is important to have a product vision for the organization that is marketing this product. Explain the differences and similarities between a product vision and a project scope statement. Provide a scenario of each being clearly used.

 

 

4. Graphical Versus Textual Visualization" Please respond to the following:

Think about a very simple text editor that allows text files to be created, opened, edited, and saved. Give your opinion as to whether a textual visualization or a graphical visualization of a software system is more appropriate for this text editor. Provide a rationale for your answer.

Speculate on the limitations of the visualization technique you selected in Part 1 of this discussion. Take a position on whether or not using a hybrid textual-graphical visualization technique is optimal. Justify your response.

 

 

5. Visualizations for Stakeholders" Please respond to the following:

Identify three (3) stakeholders (i.e., customer, project manager, or programmers) that benefit from architectural visualization. Choose a visualization technique for each stakeholder that is appropriate for all the three (3) stakeholders. Provide a rationale for your choices.
