• Determine why change is so difficult for organizations. Propose two ways that human resource (HR) specialists can assist in making change easier.
• Propose two ways that an organization can prepare its employees for the changes involved with some significant activity within an organization (new computer software, layoffs, etc). If you went through some type of organizational change and felt it was handled correctly consider sharing that with us.
