Strategic Implementation Plan

Enterprise Company to use is  

Write a 1,400-word minimum (submission can exceed wordcount, but not less) strategic implementation plan in which you include the following:

Strategic Plan: Implementation Plan, Strategic Controls, and Contingency Plan Analysis

Create an implementation plan including:

-Objectives

-Functional tactics

-Action items

-Milestones and deadlines

-Tasks and task ownership

-Resource allocation

-Recommend any organizational change management strategies that may enhance successful implementation.

-Develop key success factors, budget, and forecasted financials (if there is difficulty presenting this -information, present a 2-3 paragraph summary characterizing your target enterprise's financial condition and prospects going forward),

-Create a risk management plan including contingency plans (include separate sub-header for contingency plan) for the identified risks.

In this class submissions must meet the required deliverables length threshold (1,050 words) or it will be considered incomplete and points will be deducted.
