· State your resting heart rate and explain any heart rate changes that occurred from the lab assessment.
· Resting heart rate was 80
· There were no heart rate changes during the lab from just thinking of my stressors.
· Define distress and eustress. Support your explanation of these different types of stress with the course text.
· Provide an example of one of your current distress stressors and one current eustress stressors.
· Distress Stressor- Academics- Prolonged stress with finishing and graduating with a good GPA
· Eustress Stressors- Public speaking- Starts off being very stressful, but I know in the long run it will be good for my professional growth.

· Physical and Psychological- Caused anxiety and tension due to my friend being very picky about certain things and often becomes a diva when she doesn’t get her way.
