Social Club Meeting

1. Create a PowerPoint presentation for a social club meeting. You decide on what type of club as well as the content of the slides. This will be the first meeting of the year and should contain the following on at least five different slides:

a. welcome everyone to the meeting b. summary of events from the last year c. money spent during the past year and for what purpose d. goals for the upcoming year e. actions to be taken before the next meeting

2. Format the presentation as you wish, but include the following items: a. at least two graphic images or pictures b. select a design theme and transition effects c. add audio or video to one slide d. include WordArt e. at least one action button or hyperlink f. an appropriate header or footer on slides and handouts

3. Set the show to transition automatically after an appropriate amount of time. 4. Set the show to run continuously so that when the final slide has displayed, the show will

begin again. 5. Run the presentation. Save it with the name PPT HW2-your name.pptx, and print the

slide handouts with six slides printed horizontally per page using the printer “Microsoft Print to PDF”
